PayPalSmall Potatoes uses PayPal for the best in easy, secure ecommerce transactions. You do not need to create a Paypal account to use Paypal. If you have an account, you can login when you are redirected from our site. Please click here to view PayPal's Security Centre if you have any concerns.
ShippingMost Small Potatoes products are made to order. Please allow two weeks for manufacturing plus 3-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. If the merchandise you would like to order is in stock you will receive it sooner.
We use Canada Post as our primary method of shipping and we will ship anywhere. Tracking numbers are available for items that are shipped as a parcel, upon request. Smaller items that can be mailed as a light packet or as regular mail do not receive a tracking number. To track your package online, visit www.canadapost.ca or call 1-866-607-6301.
We ship from Winnipeg which is in central Canada. Shipping times vary depending on where you are but on average do not usually take longer than a week within Canada. Please allow time for customs clearance when shipping to the USA. When shipping outside of North America, extra shipping charges may apply and we cannot be responsible for any extra duties or taxes that may incur on arrival.
Orders over $150.00 (before shipping and taxes) qualify for free shipping!
Winnipeg OrdersIf you'd like to avoid shipping charges altogether and you're in the Winnipeg area you can pick up your order. Use the coupon code NO SHIPPING in the checkout and you will not be charged for shipping. You will be contacted when your order is ready to make specific pick-up arrangements.
Shipping RatesWe will combine shipping rates whenever possible to save you costs. Please note: the following table represents shipping costs within North America, international orders will be adjusted.
TaxesIf you live in Canada, 5% GST will be added to your order. If you live in Manitoba, you will also be charged 7% PST.
Phone OrdersIf you'd rather place a phone order you can call (204) 487-3282, ask for Holly. We will email you a PayPal invoice to process payment. Or you can pay for your products with cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
ReturnsIf you wish to return any item, we will accept returns within 14 days. This applies to all items in their original unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached. Please send items back to the return address on your invoice. Sorry, but shipping charges can not be refunded. If there is a flaw in the item or if the size is wrong, it can be exchanged within 14 days. Please email if you have any questions or concerns.
