Who makes all this stuff?
Everything on this site is made by my very own hands. Every stitch is crafted with care, and a mother's eye for detail, with the hope that it will be well worn and loved by a happy customer (or customer's baby as the case may be).
How long does it take to make?
Most Small Potatoes products are made to order. Please allow one week for manufacturing plus 3-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. If the merchandise you would like to order is in stock you will receive it sooner. If you are in a rush, please send a rush request.
Where do you ship to?
Small Potatoes can ship anywhere. See shipping rates on the Shipping & Returns page. Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over $50 and USA/International orders over $150. Orders are shipped from Winnipeg, Canada.
Can I avoid paying shipping costs?
If you'd like to avoid shipping charges altogether and you're in the Winnipeg area you can pick up your order. Click on "Pick up in Winnipeg Only" in the shipping options. You will be contacted when your order is ready to make specific pick-up arrangements.
Can I place an order by phone?
If you'd rather place a phone order you can call 204-487-3282, ask for Holly. You can pay for your products in cash, Visa or Mastercard. No cheques, please.
What sizes do the products come in?
Dresses, pants, and hats are made for 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months, 18-24 months, 2T and 3T. Other products are one size.
Which items are taxable?
If you live in Canada, GST/HST will be added to your order. If you live in Manitoba, you will also be charged 8% PST on the following items: Barrettes, Binky Leashes, Diaper Clutches, Drinky Leashes, Mitten Leashes, Nursing Covers.
Do you have instructions for using a Small Potatoes baby carriers?
